Expression Profiling

Monoclonal antibodies directed against synthetic peptides of  key regulatory proteins have been developed.  These antibodies identify novel proteins, which generate expression profiles. 

These profiles are much more robust than similar approaches targeting RNA expression.  The expression profiles can be used for drug discovery as well as monitoring of drug development.
